Our openings hour is 9AM-6PM, if the time slot is not available you can contact our contact centre or through our whatsapp number provided
How do I select the timing I want on your website?

What is timed entry?
Our entry time is between 9AM to 5PM, then the ticket sales is not available for the go show but available for the next day onward
I am holding a Corporate Membership. How do I choose my preferred admission slot?
The membership card is not yet available, we will update this soon.
What if my preferred admission slot is no longer available?
Please contact our contact centre immediately
Why am I only allowed to book a maximum of 3 admission slots at any one time?
Limiting to 3 slots ensures equitable access, allowing more visitors to book, preventing monopolization by a few, and maintaining availability for others.
I am a Family/Individual member of your park. Must I book an admission slot too?
Booking is recommended for members to secure preferred times, yet it's permissible to visit without a booked slot.
Can I bring my own food/drinks and consume them in the parks?
No, outside food and drinks aren't permitted within the park premises.
Who can dine-in at your F&B outlets?
All guests, including visitors and members, can dine in at our F&B outlets.
